Kristy Lovett is the Sr. Manager Customer Satisfaction for Ameren Missouri, with responsibility for customer research, customer solutions, customer care quality assurance, workforce management and training.
Kristy is well versed in representing the Voice of the Customer, highly effective in gathering insightful customer feedback and analyzing intelligence to propose process improvements, new products, and solutions that align with company strategies. She is an exceptionally driven professional with a proven record of partnering with business units to translate customer insights into initiatives that enhance value for customers.
Kristy is a collaborative leader with a demonstrated ability to instill confidence, direction and success in her team. In 2014 Kristy and her team received Ameren’s prestigious President’s Award for adding exceptional value to the business.
Kristy has over 25 years of marketing and customer satisfaction experience, with 16 of those years in the utility industry.
